Queen Street Medical is pleased to announce an updated after-hours service for our patients.
We now provide a recorded voice message outside of our standard opening hours, guiding patients to either book a virtual appointment online through Practice Plus, visit Queen Street Pharmacy during their operating hours, or attend Lower Hutt After Hours.
Practice Plus offers convenient online consultations from the comfort of your home. Video and phone consultations are available from 5pm to 10pm Monday to Friday, and from 8am to 8pm on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.
If a physical examination is not required, virtual consultations provide an effective, convenient alternative.
